Information we Collect
eSG Collects the following information from customers
- Name and Surname
- Post Code
- Landline Number
- Mobile Phone (optional)
- FAX Number (optional)
- VAT ID
- Payment Options
eSG does NOT store Credit Card information in its database. All information is stored in encrypted form.
- To make it easier for our customers to login back into their accounts.
- To track user visits to our infrastructure (anonymously).
- To store cart information during the ordering process.
esg does NOT store authentication sessions in cookies.
eSG logs the following information
- Browser Make
- Operating System
- Referring/Exit Pages
- Date and Time of visit
- Clicked links
All these information is collected and stored after being anonymised by our scripts, we remove all PID information before storing them. In no way is eSG using these information combined with any customer stored information to track individuals.
Usage of Information
eSG uses the above information only internally and they are not provided to third parties for any reason.
Marketing and Offers
At times eSG will send marketing material about new services or offers to current ones, in every case the client has the option to deny this material by stating it in his account, removing himself from the clearly provided link in the media he received or contacting us over email, our Members area or Live Support.
Service Status Communication
There are cases where eSG has to communicate its services status, in those cases the customer has to receive the message and is not able to deny it. FYI these cases are rare and always have to do with a service the customer is using.
The information eSG collects is stored for up to 2 years after the customers contract is finished. The customer has the right to ask for the removal of his personal information from our databases at any time. In the case that he wants to delete his personal information, he has to cancel his contract with eSG and make sure he hasn't pending invoices. Please note that all of the clients information are stored in encrypted form in our database.
The client has to make sure he is storing his authentication information (username and password) in a proper way since they are protecting the access to his personal information. We urge all of our customers to use out Two Factor Authentication application to safe guard their authentication in our systems.
